The receptionist was very nice. The room was rather old than I expected. Wifi and TV receive was bad. The hotel forgot to wake me up on the first and last day. Restaurant was fair but not impressive.

We ate at the restaurant which was very tasty. We were told they only accepted cash so we paid there and then, but when we checked out they asked us about the meal fee so maybe we could have charged it to our room.

This was my first visit to Gurgaon and my first official trip, and I chose this hotel for its affordability and proximity to my work location at DLF Cyberhub. I’d especially like to thank the staff including the security guards for their calm and courteous demeanor, which made my stay even more pleasant. The café, led by Jitender, offered a wonderful selection of breakfast options, and I appreciate the attentive service from Jitender, Hina, Mithlesh, Vipin, Rahul, and Abhishek. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A great hotel with excellent service! The rooms were neat, airy, and well-furnished. The entire staff was helpful, but I must specifically praise Bhola Mahto and his housekeeping crew for their outstanding work. Their attention to detail made all the difference. A huge thanks to Bhola Ji for his kindness in arranging a table for my heavy luggage—he is truly helpful and considerate. I’ll surely return!

Have always had really good experience and once again it didn't disappoint me. I love the food and their laundary services which is precious and realy fast.i would like to specialy memtion Mr.Raja from the laundary department.Who is realy swift at his work and realy helpfull for laundary. Great location, great rooms and lovely staff, staff at the Ajay housekeeping was a great help will love to visit again. Food was great love the laundry *** Raja super fast person. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will be happy to refer this property to family and friends
