The receptionist was very nice. The room was rather old than I expected. Wifi and TV receive was bad. The hotel forgot to wake me up on the first and last day. Restaurant was fair but not impressive.

We ate at the restaurant which was very tasty. We were told they only accepted cash so we paid there and then, but when we checked out they asked us about the meal fee so maybe we could have charged it to our room.

I had the pleasure of dining at citurs cafe, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Pawan, the manager, whose professionalism and attention to detail set the tone for the evening. The food was absolutely delicious — good presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with fresh ingredients as per my choice. What really made the experience stand out, however, was the level of service. Pawan went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit.

I was on a business trip, and every day I returned, the room felt truly welcoming. It was always clean, fresh, and neatly arranged—thanks to the amazing housekeeping team. The bed was perfectly made every day, the towels were spotless, and the room always had a pleasant fragrance that made it feel like home. The laundry service was just as impressive—quick, efficient, and reliable. Getting clean, neatly folded clothes back without any hassle was a big plus during my stay. Special appreciation to Raja, Manoj, Rajan and Bhola from housekeeping. Their hard work, attention to detail, and friendly attitude truly made my experience smooth and memorable.

From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my check-in was smooth and easy. He personally took care of my food and ensured everything was perfect. I visited Gurgaon last week and selected this hotel for my stay as my office is just wek metrs away , hotel is good, rooms are quite small in size compare to price but over all good and front office staff pradeep is very polite and humble They have a separate restaurant with is very nice food is also good , Abhijeet and Rakesh take care very well. Overall nice stay.
