The staff were very helpful and Excellent.
Sonam even let me have a key to a room to freshen up in the evening after I had checked out so I was totally refreshed for my evening official meeting..
I have stayed in this place 4 times and will do so again.

It's a very good place to stay. I really enjoy my stay. I stayed for a few days. They felt me like home. Very thankful to housekeeping Supervisor Rajib Chetry and his team and also thankful to Ms Sonam for her work Looking forward to visit agains

Recently we stayed at justa gurgaon.staff is truly exceptional. Their dedication to making your stay comfortable and memorable is evident in every interaction .they anticipate your needs and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect .food and location is very good, Rooms are clean and cozy, it's a sweet small and economical hotel. Would happily recommended it to everyone. Thanks to Ms.Sonam,Rajib and Umesh We will come back again.

Wonderful experience. The staff was really good and helpful. Rooms are very neat and clean. I recommend just for everyone. Special' mention to Housekeeping supervisor- Mr Rajib chetry and surendar khatri who welcomed me in very warm manner. Glad to have stayed here.

A good option to stay at justa gurgaon, excellent staff and support, cleaningnes is good ,food options are there with a good quality and service, rooms are nice even they have allowed to check out late by 1 hour without any charge, special thanks to Mr Tushar and his team members as they take a good care of all the guests ,very well behaved and mannered staff, surely we will visit again and recomend to all our family and friends, a good value for money .

Superb stay I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. I had a superb and happy stay. Rooms are awesome but the staff is even more awesome. They are always ready to serve with a smiling face. There courteous staff is difficult to find as I have stayed before in so many hotels. Services are very quick. Special thanks to Housekeeping supervisor Rajib chetry and Sonam Tiwari, Everytime I came back from office my clothes too were so nicely draped always.. The staff from gate to kitchen everyone is so positive I feel. thank you staff

This is not a 4-star hotel; not even a 3-star. It may be considered a 2 to 2.5-star hotel.please don’t book considering 4 star, if you are spending that much, stick with Aerocity. • The outside looks more like a poorly lit small bungalow than a hotel. • There is no lobby, just a dingy front desk area without a working AC, making it terribly warm on that day (July 24, 2024). • The bathroom has a smell. • The toilet seat has permanent stains. • The mattress had stains (see attached picture) and the room was poorly ventilated.
