The exterior n lobby of the hotel is quite impressive but the rooms n front desk staff fall short. The 2 men at the front desk were surly looking hardly even cracking a smile. When I asked if they would break a 500 rupee note for me, the reply was rather curt, no. The room was very basic. 1 hand towel, no face towels,2 bath towels. The room safe was archaic. The only redeeming grace for this hotel is the Melange cafe. The food was fine but the kitchen staff n wait staff came over to ask if we were enjoying our food n if we needed help. Good for a night to save the long trip to the airport from the city especially if you have an early flight to catch

The hotel is a good property and I usually stay there during my visit but this time there were many things happened where the front office doesn’t care - room was not cleaned and was told to me DND was put the staff came in my room to keep the cookie plate -at 12.30 in the night a group coordinator rang the bell 3 times and told me it was the wrong room I think the hotel management should look into these things

Had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. We visited for my sister's wedding, and our managers, Rishi and Ashwani, were incredibly supportive. They went above and beyond to ensure that all our guests had a seamless experience, creating unforgettable memories for everyone.

Good arrangement. Good food. Good service and everything was perfect. Our 25th Anniversarry. Could not ask more than this. People appreciated the venues the weather and the setting. Right from booking experience to good selection to all arrangements went well

Dear Team, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention an experience I had during my recent visit. I had intended to meet with the executive chef; however, he was unavailable. Chef Dayal assisted me with my meal, but I unfortunately found a hair in my food. While I did inform the staff about this issue, I would appreciate it if this matter could remain confidential and not be communicated to other people. Additionally, when I inquired about the bill, I was informed that it had been taken care of this time, and that I could settle it on my next visit. However, when I requested my dessert, I was asked for my card to process a charge, despite being promised a 20% discount. This inconsistency is concerning, as it raises questions about the reliability of the commitments made to members. I find this situation unacceptable and will be advising my acquaintances to not consider visiting your establishment. I sincerely hope that your team will take this feedback into account to enhance the overall experience for future patrons. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The hotel is very good, we made arrangements of 125 people conference arrangements The quality of service & food is excellent. We have found their hospitality excellent beyond expectations.specialy thier staff jagat, Rajeev, chef. The Ms Neha manged the show & her direction to her team was great & excellent.
