Me and my husband had a horrified experience with CoRooms SanVi Prime Unitech Cyber sector 40 Gurgaon.We are their regular clients and often stay in this hotel. It was recommended by a friend whose guests often stay in this hotel. As guests come through her so they never get confirmation. On Thursday 16th July 2024 my husband called them to reserve a room and on that note they agreed with a room for one night. Booking was for 21st July 2024.When we arrived on that day the guy on reception refused for room. And gave us illogical reasons that he was not on duty when booking was made. He was talking so rudely and arrogantly. At last my husband was agree on their other branch in sector 41 branch where toilet was so dirty and room was not clean. We had so much luggage as next day we were traveling abroad . Later on we came to know that they had some commercial groups booking. Its not suitable for individual because now they take groups. What a terrible experience.

The service was very bad or the charges were extra, the room i saw on the app was charged rs 500 extra for it or the room was also very bad or the geyser in the washroom was also not working or the bed was also very bad not at all as i saw.

This beautiful hotel has the easiest proximity from any mode of transport including metro, taxi, your own vehicle. Just what you need as a business traveler is available in the hotel within quickest of the time. Comfort and spacious rooms, friendly staff, tasty food. Amazing stay!

As per property details they mentioned spa services available but after check in they denied about they have not provided spa services. I book this hotel only for spa but service not available. Rooms are also average.

I stayed here for 15 days in the last week September 2023. Location - Sector 40 neat Unitech. Room was good and suspicious. Bathroom was clean and tolerates were provided. They also have laundry services. Complementary buffet breakfast has many items. +ve - Good staff. Prompt services. testy food. Good buffet items. Suggestion - It is better to have buffet breakfast and dinner at a basement rather than order food in room. -Ve Location is little bit away from the main city,

Worst experience... will not suggest anyone to stay here... they always have shortage of refreshments,soft drinks, snacks.. they have shortage of tolitiry kits... worst experience... will never recommend to anyone..
