Omg the bar was amazing... Love all the drinks I had and they were made with such care ... Are bartender was attentive, enjoyable. And kind to me and my wife. Akhilesh was one of my best bartender I had in a long time .... I'm happy I stayed at this hotel ....

Very good ambience. Very tasty food. Good variety food. Fantastic food and drinks And service is also good. Prakash and Gopal is very Supporting staff they assist us and They understood the dish, made excellent suggestions, and valued our comments.

Although this place was my second choice, I am pleasantly surprised by the comfort I have received here. The room was very spacious and had enough stuff to keep me stocked. The buffet breakfast was great too and the staff was very warm. Praveen from the staff members was too kind to ask for my preference as I was filling my plate and got me an omelette even before I started my breakfast. Very prompt! I would surely come back again.

I had an amazing time at Park Plaza NTC Cafe and Lounge, and I have to say the experience was made extraordinary thanks to Prakash and Akhilesh. Their service was beyond excellent – super attentive, quick, and always with a cheerful attitude. The drinks were absolutely lit! Every cocktail was crafted to perfection, and the presentation was top-notch. Prakash and Akhilesh made sure we never had to wait or ask twice for anything. Their behavior and hospitality were truly impressive, making us feel so comfortable and welcome. The vibe of the place, combined with their exceptional service, made it a memorable evening. They clearly know how to go above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves with a smile. I highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for a great mix of amazing drinks, fantastic service, and a warm atmosphere. A huge thanks to Prakash and Akhilesh for making our time so special. Looking forward to coming back soon!
