We are so happy to come and attend the wedding for Abhishek and Damini wedding the arrangements was out the the worlds. We are welcome by the hotel staffs Shyam and other team and the rooms was excellent. The food was extremely good. Taj is the best.

We came to attend the wedding in Taj Damdama and it was one of the best time we had staffs are very kind and helpful and we will come back again when the property will open. Front desk team is very helpful specially Shyam and chef Girish always ready to helpful.

Excellent services. Excellent stay. Beyond excellent food. Especially the Shahi Tukda desert. If you are getting it, it’s your lucky day. Their Shahi Tukda inspired the writer in me today.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Taj Damdama Lake. The Front Office Manager, Debamallya Chowdhury, behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. Not only did he use inappropriate and disrespectful language, but he also spoke to me as if he were some sort of teacher or superior, which was both insulting and unacceptable. As a guest, I expected courtesy and professionalism — not to be talked down to. Additionally, I have been waiting for a refund for over a week, and there has been no resolution despite multiple follow-ups. This kind of delay and lack of accountability is shocking coming from a brand like Taj. This experience has completely changed my view of Taj’s service standards. I sincerely hope senior management takes this seriously and addresses both the behavior of their staff and their refund process. Guests deserve to be treated with respect and efficiency.

Resort is out out of blues. Food & hospitality are awesome. Specially Nikhil & Ganesh from restaurant, their services & courtesy gave us more comfortable atmosphere. Over all superb experience!!

We had a wonderful and warm stay at Taj Damdama welcome ing Rajasthan song . Front toffee mr karan chaking Good resturant breakfast food was excellent Special thanks to Mr Ganesh within the staff for kind hospitality! Highly recommend to everyone looking for a quick getaway. Team overall specially Ganesh and nikhil manoj they are amazing at work And they are the assets They took great care of us We were in 130 only issue was electricity fluctuation multiple times And team cud not help on that Other than that everything is 10/10
