I recently stayed at Casa, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious my room was. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless with modern amenities.

Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during my stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Gurgaon

It was a great stay. The place great for solo, couple and family friendly. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. They took good care of cleanliness. They hotel food is also very tasty and hygienic. If you are travelling to Gurugram, I would really recommend this place to everyone.

Wonderful stay , good property excellent service, staff is so nice and helpful, you'll never complain for anything , surrounding is also good and connectivity is also good from here. Food is also good and is always available on demand. Thanks for amazing service

I was expecting a lot from a luxury Service Appartment.This place lacks the basic amenities like provision of Hot water and fridge.They don’t even provide bed tea before 0730.If you request for arrangement for tea ;they don’t bother.There timings say till 10 PM.You call Room service at 2150 ;no one responds.The only good point is linen is clean.

We stayed there with 3 families and kids and Flat was very spacious and well maintained but service and cleaning of floor could have been better… but location was very good … overall experience was very good Also food was very homely and delicious .. in winters they should also provide air purifier as AQI was very poor

Bestest place to stay , with all 4 star property facilities .... Nice kitchen best rooms new place food and others are very near to flat , staff are cooperative, good parking space , revolving tv cabinet , great balcony view and best toiletaries ...
