It was a wonderful experience Rooms are in good condition, food quality is good, staffs are also cooperative and common area is also clean. Swimming pools view from the room is remarkable. Wonderful job and customer experience.

Excellent stay with family. Mr Ganesh ensure best hospitality. They got best nice pool, bigger size rooms with balcony and excellent food. Stayed in presidential room , which no other resort or hotel can match in terms of size and interiors. All the best whole florence team

It's an amazing experience with Club Florence, all staff helping wherever u need anything Specially Mr.Ganesh at reception, food quality, swimming pool each one is available here so my experience with this is very good. Will be visiting the place again and again.

Great property and amenities, staff was very good Ganesh was aour go to person, he provided an excellent service, the activity area of pool and Foosball person named Rishabh or something was very rude and disrespectful to our team members, even after still behaved very badly throughout Activities area could be improved

Great place, value for money. All rooms have a bathtub. It has ***y amenities that can be used by the guests like swimming pool, gym etc. Only problem is Wifi keeps disconnecting every 15-20 mins and you have to login again to use it.
