Room service is very poor. They clean your room without your permission in your absence even when told not to do so. Lift was not working for 1 whole week. Hotel chef and staff member aman were very good and very cooperative.

Good location and decent rooms for the price they charge. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Had a good time. Thanks to abhishek and shivam at the desk for being very helpful.

Very very bad. Hygiene was very bad. Rooms are very small. Whole night disturbance due to door opening and closing. Bath room was smelling.

Bad experience. The room lock was not working properly, we had to make multiple attempts to open the room. Room service was poor. The toilet sheet was leaking continuously, and the whole washroom was full of water.

The hotel staff is reluctant to provide any service, i called for water once and physically visited reception 3 times but no one appeared, i asked wter at 8:30 and i got it at 10:45, they started asking each other, why water is not provided, next day morning i asked for shaving kit, no response again and then i went outside and bought it myself from market. No electric kettle and coffee pouches either. It was terrible spending a night at the hotel.

The service of the staff members was not good. The bathroom and other articles in the room were neither clean nor working properly. Even the water was supplied after one hour of the request.

I had a great experience at indie hotel vista woods, thanks to mr. Abhishek and mr. Aman chawla for a comfortable and peaceful stay. I would recommend visiting this hotel.
