Bu fiyat seviyesine göre odalar eski kalmış. Özellikle duş başlıkları kireçlenmiş, sular delikler yerine kenarlardan çıkıyordu. Genel temizlik seviyesi de orta seviyedeydi.

Ailem ile hafta sonunu geçirdik bu güzel otelde.Her şeyden memnun kaldık.Teknik bir kaç aksaklık harici bir sorun yoktu.Temizlik çok özenliydi.Misafire olan sıcak yaklaşımları ise çalışanların öz verisini yansıtıyor tavsiyemizdir

5 Yıldız kalitesinde termal havuzu olan, tüm olanaklarıya spa alanı bulunan, kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği muazzam, personeli güleryüzlü, yardımsever bir otel.
Odalar geniş, kazdağları ve doğa manzaralı, havuz tarafına bakan odaları da mevcut. Tekrar konaklayacağım.

Eşşiz doğanın içinde harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik güler yüzlü yardımsever personel sayesinde evinizde gibi rahat hissediyorsunuz çocukların ve yetişkinlerin rahatı ayrı ayrı gözetilmesi ayrıca beni mutlu etti. Beautiful place with nice thermal pool. The food was mediocre and I expected better because of the price and name brand of hotel. The MAJOR disappointment was that the World Cup was not available on any TV. Again, for the price, I expected to have access to the matches

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Staff were very friendly. Beautiful location. The food was first class. Life music in the evening was excellent. We had a hot spring water in our bathroom. Room was very clean and comfortable. And thank you Yasemin.
