Property is outdated and needs some renovation. Swimming pool is nice and big but if you look closely you will see dirty spots on the tiles. The pool needs to be cleaned throughout. The best part about the food is the baked breads and the salads, not enough meat and the fish was low quality.

The breakfast was great but I wish I could say the same about lunch and dinner. The meat was always bland and rubbery. Receptionist were rude and seemed to be inconvenienced by our family friend who complained that their room smelt like sewage, we had read reviews about some rooms having a bad smell but hoped it was a rare chance occurrence. But our family friends sadly got to experience the stench first hand which set the tone for the rest of the trip. The lack of understanding and compassion by reception staff exasperated the disappointment further. We were told we could enjoy a dinner reservation at one of the a la carte restaurants and were instructed booking commences at 10am. Everyday we would attempt to book but were told they were not taking booking as they were overbooked…. Which meant we couldn’t escape the dreaded flavourless dinners. If you’re happy to live on chips and pizza then don’t worry there is plenty! I do have to say that this hotel is fun for kids and very child friendly. Restaurant staff were warm and welcoming, unlike reception. There seems to be a tier system and the higher the staff member ranked the more rude they came across. I have been to better hotels in Bodrum and Antalya that are both child friendly and accommodating in every sense

İt’s vere good hotel.Everything in Theron hotel are better then mu expection.Foods are excellent.I would like to come again on the sommer season.The water temperature was not enough for termal pool in my opinnion.

An excellent option amongst Güre's (many) thermal options. This is a pretty up-market place but sensibly-priced, and has wonderful thermal pools (indoors) as well as the largest hotel outdoor swimming pool we have ever seen - it must have been at least 50 metres long (and a comfortable temperature even at the end of November). The food was very good - perhaps leaning a bit more towards quantity over quality sometimes, but generally very tasty and the serving staff in the restaurant were first-class. The room was wonderful (we had a sea view) and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our two-day stay and would happily recommend this to those wishing to get a taste of Balıkesir's thermal waters. Many of the staff tried to speak some English too, and so with our broken Turkish we were all able to understand each other.

Hayatımda geçirdiğim en kötü tatildi. Aile odasi aldik ama cocuk odasi inanilmaz küçüktü ranza yatak koymuşlar havalandirmasi veya klimasi yok.Çocuk odasinin penceresi bile yok.Işıklandirma 1 tane küçük ışık koymuşlar birşey gözükmüyor.Yemekler berbat hiçbirşey yiyemedik 5 günde 3 kilo vermişim hepsi çok tatsız ve en alt kalite malzemeler ile yapılmıştı.Küçük su 15 lira yemekte verdikleri su güneşte kalmış tadi inanilmaz acıydı.Garson bile bunu bize söyledi güneşte kaliyorlar diye.Garson çagirmak 10 dk hepsi kafasi havada geziyor duymamazliga çalışıyorlar.Sıcak su için bone 30 lira kullandıktan sonra yırtıldı.Odaya geldigimizde küvetin içi kirliydi.Hiç memnun kalmadık...

Aniden yaptığımız tatil planımıza kısa sürede bulduğumuz Adrina Termal Health Spa Hotel bir harikaydı.Biz çok mennun kaldık. Denize 0 km,hotelin misafirlerine özel plajı,Sahilde gezinme yerleri hepsi çok yakındı.Yorumlardanda bahsedildiği gibi Hotelin konumu,yemekleri,temizliği,havuzu çok iyidi. Hangi saatte inersek inelim havuzda yer bulduk. Kızımız çok eğlendi,havuz çok derin değildi.Yüzünde gülücükler eksik olmadı.Yemeklerin çeşidi,lezzeti harikaydı.Şef'e ayrı teşekkür etmek lazım,tatlı seven olarak ,tatlıların tadı ayrı güzeldi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri fazladı.Hotelin kokusu çok güzeldi.Havuzdan çıkıp odalara girişte o koku insanı mest ediyordu.Umarım yeniden görüşme fırsatımız olur.Benim O kadar hotel aramalarından sonra eşimin hiç birini beğenmeyip kendisi hotel bulması çok güzel seçim yapmış olması bizi ayrı mutlu etti. Farklı yerler gezmek yerine tekrardan böyle güzel bir yerde kafan rahat bir tatil yapmayı isteriz.

We kwamen rond 17u aan in het hotel. Het inchecken verliep aanvankelijk vlot, maar daarna begon de miscommunicatie. Een medewerker bracht ons eerst naar een kamer die al bezet was. Vervolgens werden we naar een andere kamer gebracht, maar ook daar bleek iets niet in orde te zijn.
We hadden twee kamers gereserveerd, maar kregen te horen dat we moesten wachten tot 18u, terwijl de officiële check-in vanaf 14u is. Na duidelijk te maken dat dit niet aanvaardbaar was, kregen we uiteindelijk twee kamers, maar deze bevonden zich niet op hetzelfde niveau, wat niet handig was.
Het personeel kwam erg onvriendelijk over: geen glimlach, geen begroeting en geen uitleg over het hotel. Op onze vraag kregen we enkel een QR-code, maar de informatie daarin was verouderd. Zo stond er bijvoorbeeld dat er tot 23u thee verkrijgbaar is in de lobby, terwijl dat volgens het personeel maar tot 22u is – en dat dit “informatie van vorige zomer” zou zijn.
Het eten was wel goed, daar hebben we niets op aan te merken. Maar alles samen genomen, is dit hotel voor ons zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
