It has been a great experience and the staff over there is very excellent especially Anil from house keeping department .He is so good and very co-operative &the way he approaches for every single thing is so nice .Overall i had a great experience i would like to do more bookings in future

I am very much satisfied with everything. The room size is good and is neatly maintained. The service is pretty quick. The food at the restaurant tastes good and has a nice ambience. The pool is neatly maintained and the gym and spa facilities are good. The location is convenient. We liked how we were received at the reception and also checkout was quick. Special mention to all the staff who were very friendly and smiling all the time.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant features some delicious local dishes for dinner and continental an Indian breakfast choices. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a stocked minibar for comfort.

We really enjoyed our stay at ITC Guntur. The service provided by Mr Deepak was very excellent . We enjoyed the food served in buffet breakfast and the dinner. The taste was authentic Guntur stuff. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The location is also very good.

The food at ITC Hotel is so delicious And met maim chef Mr Narsimhaa , he is so nice in suggesting best food to eat and given us opportunity to taste deserts. Looking forward to visit soon with my family. Looking forward for my travel soon to India in December.

Very good ambience, chef and staff are very friendly and good hospitality. Devlin was too good and he responded in a very timely way. He provided us lot of varieties in jain and taste was too gud. Overall we had a very good experience and feel like visiting frequently.

Lovely staff . The check in staff were friendly as was suchitra the housekeeper. Overall very good stay at a nice hotel with good services and amenities . Rooms clean and comfortable . Full mini bar and other services as well . No complaints at all

One of the finest hotels in Guntur. Right from the “welcoming” smiles at the reception to the quality of rooms, it was perfect. The sleep comfort is amazing. The breakfast spread at the restaurant is huge and tasty. Special thanks to Deepak, Tejaswini and Chef Nagaruju for their help in looking into my food requirements

Travelled to Guntur for official purpose and stayed here for one day. Check in was smooth. Overall experience great ambience and wonderful hospitality. The food was also delicious especially since I was craving for authentic South Indian food. Special thanks to Mr.Rajeshwar for his help

Im very impressed with the HK service.also i like swimming pool,spa and gym. welcome cafe and swizzle both are very nice and food also very nice & tasty, allover welcome hotel guntur is very nice hotel and spacial thanks to Bishal from house keeping.

I was highly impressed with this hotel upon entering! The facilities are beautiful and very well-kept. the service was lovely. one of my favourite parts was swimming pool. It offers great views of Guntur.also room cleaning and services are so wanderful and also special thanks to Bishal from house keeping.
