Cleanliness could have been improved bathroom were slightly dirty and dust on surfaces.
Staff were very polite and friendly however quite forgetful on what we ordered with food.
Overall good stay could be improved with more attentiveness from staff.

Stayed for one night in Room no # 1822 (through upgrade to Jr Suite). The hotel is around 60kms distance from VGA airport ie around 1 hour & 20 mins drive. The security staff at main entrance gate and hotel entrance gate welcoming with pleasant smile and Namaste. The overall hotel decor is elegant , modern and vibrant with matching displays and furniture. Jr Suite is very spacious with decor capturing local arts and crafts , with great colour combinations of curtains and furniture. WiFi connectivity uninterrupted, air conditioning perfect.The bed cushion perfect. The view from the Jr Suite 18th floor is stunning and eye catching. Well maintained and impeccably clean hotel. The restaurant has wide spread in Bf as well as dinner buffet. Lemon coriander soup was perfectly made. Dum aloo Banarasi , Carrot beans vegetable , Pappu (dal) were awesome.Must try with hot Phulkas.Must try local delicacies sambar and Rasam with rice. BF buffet had variety of options live counter for Guntur Idli,dosa,puri bhaji. Thanks to prompt service by Roshan , Sumit and Padipaditya. The staff is polite , well mannered and courteous. Considering the ambience , service and hospitality , this place is a great option to stay in Guntur. Thanks to ITC team and leadership Mr Rajesh Nath for demonstrating excellence in service and hospitality.Thanks for the kind gesture for room upgrade.

Hospitality & Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐h 13 memorable days at welcomhotel by ITC in Guntur. I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel truly lives up to the ITC brand's reputation for excellence in hospitality. The entire staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. A special mention to Chef Prakash Varanasi, whose culinary skills are truly remarkable. Every meal was a treat — flavorful, beautifully presented, and tailored to preferences when requested. He made dining at the hotel a daily highlight. The reception team deserves equal praise. Hari Priya, Divya, Naveen, and Saleem were consistently warm, professional, and efficient. They were always ready to assist, whether it was for check-in, travel queries, or special requests. Their courteous demeanor made me feel right at home. Akhil, the restaurant manager, ensured smooth operations and a welcoming dining environment every single day. His attention to detail and guest satisfaction was clearly evident. Management excellence: I’d also like to acknowledge Mr. Rajesh Nath, the General Manager, for leading such a fantastic team. His presence and commitment to guest experience were noticeable throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic and wonderful stay with our family, the service were excellent. Room are spacious and clean and bishal from house keeping,took really good care of us.
