I have been to Viceroy Grand Hotel, for the stay was good and the rooms were average, and the staff was good, but at the time of checkout, they have troubled me, so I didn’t like the way they behaved. They were forcing me to do check out, but even though the timings are there, still, they need to give some privacy and time, so they have called me again and again, so that was the main issue for me with that hotel or else like it it was good

Good location, but very average maintenance. Good food, but that's the location advantage, mattresses were worn out and caused huge discomfort and pain in the back. They don't have a clue what to do

Very neat and clean rooms, good room service. I stayed with my family & kids very big rooms and clean washrooms. Food is very nice don’t forget to order dum chicken biryani feels like home made biryani
