I made a reservation for a room and tried to check in after finishing my tour of Seonyudo, but there was no reservation list and the room was not reserved. So I showed my reservation information and followed the directions to enter the room, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I could not stay in that room, so I went to the information desk and asked to change rooms. The room they gave me also smelled like cigarette smoke, so I asked them to use a ventilation system and deodorizer to get rid of the smell while I was eating. I never want to go to that lodging facility again.
