Very happy with this hotel, great views nice service and breakfast. We stayed with kids and they provided kids amenities and a bed guard as well as little pajamas and slippers. There is a direct connection to the airport which is helpful when traveling with kids. The area is great, with a nice department store downstairs (including tons of restaurants and a great food hall), and Tennoji park across the street. A picnic at the park was a highlight of the trip! The front desk gave us some vouchers for the observatory on the 60th floor. The view at night was really pretty. We would stay again for sure!

I used it with my family. When my wife was asked for an ID card when I issued a welcome coupon in Osaka at check-in, I was explained that I couldn't issue a coupon when I told her that I forgot the two preschoolers. Since I came from afar, I checked if I could respond by email at a later date, and my wife was shocked by the cold saying, ”I have no choice but to go back to pick it up.” It's important to say it. In the meantime, the front staff was grinning while chatting all the time in the counter while being overturned by the child who was rubbing. In addition to us, families with small children who were asked for ID cards were looking for the suitcase in the same way, and the child was crying loudly during that time, but the front desk 々 was an inner circle talk. At least I was expecting only rice, but when I went to eat breakfast, I was told to issue a breakfast ticket at the dining room. I wondered if I didn't remember getting such a thing, and when I searched for a room, there was one of the same styles as the receipt. I was about to throw it away by mistake as garbage. Then, when I went to the dining room again, I was confirmed, ”Is there only one? What is the age of the child later?” When I told him that one person was 5 years old, he was told that there would be an additional charge, and my eyes were focused. When I checked at the front desk, it was said that there would be an additional charge from the age of 5. I read a confirmation email with my eyes on a plate, but I didn't write a word about that. Well, it's not that expensive, so I paid for breakfast, but the number of items is small! It's not surprisingly delicious! Rice smells! My child didn't eat at all, so I hurriedly bought rice balls at a convenience store and let them eat. Everything was too terrible, so I lost my mind to go sightseeing and went home as it was. Before that, I stayed at a hotel near Univa for 2 nights, but it was considerably cheaper and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also better there. It was wise to stay there for three consecutive nights without changing the inn poorly. I learned.

The hotel is right next to the Namba Parks Shopping mall. For those who opted to use the Nankai Rapid Train can reach the hotel within an hour from the KIX station, if the queue for buying the train tickets is not too long. From train station, it was simply a 5 to 10min max if with big luggage. Around 10 walk to the nearest Namba Metro Station, or 15 min if you choose to use the Hanshin train line for Kobe or Kintetsu line for Nara as the two train lines shared a common station. The room is spacious for Japanese standards but could be bigger in reality for two people to open both luggages at the same time. It’s good that they have designed the toilet area into three separate spaces, so each space can be utilise by a person at a time without crossing the other’s path. Overall, well recommended for everyone who wants to stay in Namba area, and the staff checking in and out for us was the same person with a super nice and welcoming attitude. Such a good memory to remember.

The location is perfect for enjoying the city and also for catching a metro/train to other areas to explore. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good enough - but to stop serving at 9:30 am on a Sunday, does seem odd. The rooms are clean and well maintained and everything was satisfactory. Thanks to the team for helping me find my iPad, much appreciated.

Fantastic location just above Namba station n connected to train station. Very prompt check in and staff is very helpful n professional. My request to send luggage from Osaka to Tokyo is done properly even though I only reach Tokyo like 10 days later. The concierge is extremely helpful n gave a lot of information. Special thanks to Fran, a young European lady staff who assisted us. I will always stay here in Osaka. The park behind hotel is also beautiful at night.

I stayed for two nights in this guesthouse in April 2022. The common area, room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was simple yet delicious and filling. The guesthouse owner was very friendly and helpful and recommended a lot of interesting sights and good food around the area. I was not very good in Korean but the owner would still try to convey her messages across with the help of the translation app. The location is within walking distance to many of the attractions in the stamp tour, restaurants and cafes but gets a little quiet at night. The rooms are on the second level and there is no lift so I carried my luggage up (which is not too big of a problem). I would want to stay here again when I travel to Gunsan once more.
