There are 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room in the loft that will sleep 6, 4.5 bathrooms, a dogtrot style dining area, an outdoor cook shack fire pit and a whole lotta porch for watching the sunset over the mountains. We are less than a half mile from BLM property where you can explore on foot, horse back, 4 wheeler, or go hunt for Elk or Mule deer! Go ice skating, take in a hockey game at the ice center or visit the Gunnison Community Center and go swim or rock climb year around! You will not lack for something to do or see!
