Checked in at the Baia Bodrum Hotel on May 02/22 which is considered pre-season in the region.Registration was easy. the restaurant food was very good and staff -especially restaurant staff- was great.
On the second day, my wife had an accident and needed first aid treatment but they said that even there is a medical in the hotel, “the medical service has not started yet because the season has just started.”
Besides of many good points, another negative points are the disturbing smell coming from the toilets especially in windy weathers.
Also during our stay -probably because of the pre-season- we couldn’t have any entertainment and activities unfortunately.
In a nutshell, location is perfect , hotel is good but the points listed above needs to be improved.

I came here with my girlfriend to vacation and I like this place like home foods and wiew amazing animation very good life musics and dj performances amazing and I wanna say thanks to animator merter his so kind and helping and speacilly I wanna say sea is so clean like a dream hotel

Baia Bodrum was a really nice ultra all inclusive hotel . The room we had , had a really nice garden that you could enjoy and was safe for the kids . The animation team was really attentive and tried to fill the day with activities . The food was really good but a little bit repetitive. Would love a little bit more seafood . The a la carte restaurant menu was a little bit limited but overall very nice . Thanks to all the staff from breakfast to dinner that were never tired to serve and be ready to take any request you had . Will come back next year again

I came here with my girlfriend. We both had a wondeful week here. Out room was very beautifully and lovely decoratet for my girlfriend's birthday. All the staff were so friendly and warm. Overally I highly recommend this hotel to u for a wonderful experience in Bodrum❤️❤️

I chose the beautiful place for a week family vacation with my wife. Less than half an hour after arriving from the airport, we were given the very nice room we had chosen.Everything was excellent, the reception and all the staff were respectful.We met very good friends in entertainment, who are very kind and friendly.EFE He was one of our very good friends in the entertainment part of this trip. And in the other part of this good trip, the spa and massage part of my good friend Engin.I didn't have a good massage experience many times in my previous trips in Türkiye, but this time I had a very good experience. The music department in this hotel belongs to 60 years ago. I have a serious advice for you to definitely ask DJs and entertainers to play happier and better music for you. Finally, thanks to the management of this hotel and all the friends who worked hard to have a peaceful week.I do not recommend this hotel for those who have children and are looking for water activities because it does not have a water park for adults.

Hotel is the best place to be solo. Excellent food, support and managers. Beach is very nice, clean water without trash. Great music in the hotel. Hotel is always clean and quiet. Ali is master of Turkish food, he make excellent food and he is always happy. Engin very nice person always smiled and like to joking. Always try help another people with find something :D

Unbelievable, empty sundeck, empty daybeds. We arrived with 6(!) Persons to enjoy the sun and drinks. However, they felt it was necessary to ask for 100€ per person and then special price 75€ per person for a crappy daybed without any drinks. Instead of thinking of making some money they rather sticked to their high price. Rip off. A small walk to one of the next beach clubs and we had wonderful daybeds for free, enjoyed the sum and many great cocktails. Their loss and our win!

where do I start, we are English and was treated terribly! Deluxe room was filthy blood on the floor bathroom not cleaned most staff very rude head shaked and eye rolls when at the bar asking politely for a drink!! Will never come back here even though the pool views and some staff were lovely! Stray cats jumping up and helping themselves to buffet food and staff just laughed!! Amd didnt clear food away! Also trying to get into bedroom from balcony! No information was given when we arrived all in all terrible experience

We were in this hotel for 7 days.It has exceptional views .The staff do what they can for fulfilling the needs of the guests.The room cleaning is in a high quality.The pool is clear.Only two problems about the hotel,the entertainment volume is very loud and the sound bothers and the beach and garden could be more clean.Sometimes there were trashes on the beach and garden.
