slow service not at all a three star hotel no professionalism desert served was tasteless breakfast was not upto the mark limited option nobody was there to take care of the guest during breakfast hour it is more of a wedding venue rather than a resort where people can stay with their family ... won't recommend this hotel to anyone you will find very good hotels in guna location with decent tariff rates

My stay at the hamlin resort exceeded all expectations. The room was immaculate, with modern furnishing. The bed was comfortable. The pool area was pristine. One of the highlights was the restaurant; the breakfast buffet offered fresh, delicious options. Rates of food items were very reasonable. The location was also ideal i. E. Enroute to next destination. It's the perfect choice for a memorable stay.

The size of the room was very small, everything was old fashioned, there was no dental kit available, no shaving razor, either, the towels were dirty and a foul smell was coming in the room, overall experience was totally bad!

In guna this hotel is one of the best hotel. Comparative staff is professional. Food is good and it is pure veg. Breakfast range is mix of south and north indian food with normal continental spread. Room maintenance can be better. Couch/fridge was missing though they provided fridge upon asking.

Pathetic resort to stay not worth for money completely disaster for me i stays with my better half and 7 year old kid and it was nightmare for us. Ac was not working, cleanliness, hospitality you name it and i can raise concern it please don't consider this resort even if getting free of cost

Right next to the highway. Room was full of dust and stains, didn’t seem it was being cleaned regularly. The furniture in the room were old and worn out. Breakfast was below average with not so fresh food, loved the kadak chai though

Location : perfect, food : good taste, amenities : not get time to explore, services : good overall good experience my comments : 1. Wrong room alloted, if i didn't notice, i might end up using the same. On request they changed the room. 2. Room and bathroom were clean

4. They need to work on laundry, bedsheets were clean but having spots that gives bad impression.

It was good stay and services provided good taste was also good only 2 points which gave us an odd feeling 1. We were asked to come out from swimming pool due to some their internal work 2. Person took longer time to take luggage from the room
