The only reason for 2 stars is the beachfront location and never having to fight for a sunbed around the pool. Onto the negatives. The food is dire, we ate out most of the time, which defeated the idea of all inclusive (Thank you for Dennys for keeping us fed most of the holiday) . The first room we were allocated was in a disgusting state, there was blown plaster on the walls, which moved when you touched it, the shower head was black and brown with mould and dirt, the seal around the shower was the same, although the patio door locked it wasn't secure and we were on the ground floor, and there were cigarette burns in the sheets. As we arrived at approx 11pm we were too tired to complain at this point. When I complained to the rep and the hotel, I was told the hotel is fully booked at the moment and that was the only room available, this room should NEVER have been allocated to anyone, it was not fit to stay in. A new room was found for us and we were very happy with this room. I did post a review of this bad room situation on Tripadvisor. Firstly I received a text from the rep asking me to meet him, I was asked to speak to outside of the hotel, where the rep and I spent an hour discussing my review, the rep advised me that On The Beach had contacted him and the hotel about this and to speak to me, this was the start of what I can only describe as harassment. I was asked to remove the review and the pictures as I was damaging the hotels reputation and that the manager was going to lose his job because of my actions. After about an hour of back and forth, I refused to remove the review but agreed I would add pictures of the new room as far as the hotel were concerned this solved the issue and they did eventually apologise. For the next 5-6 days either myself or my partner were approached by different managers on a daily basis asking us to remove the review, at first I refused, I argued that there were other not so positive reviews on here but they were not being asked to remove them. However, I became so upset and distressed at this I did remove the original review. Once it had been removed the hotel then seemed to resort to bribery, I mentioned that it was my birthday and a cake was made which I did appreciate, one day we had lunch at the a la carte part of the hotel and was told there was no charge as the review had been removed. We were also told by the rep that he wasn't happy that we had spoken to neighbouring restaurants about the issues we were facing at Sami Beach, I found this to be unacceptable, it is my right to speak to whomever I choose. On the last night, I became very ill, and I needed to see a Dr, the hotel advertise a 24/7 doctor, however, when I asked reception to call him, he refused to come out as he was asleep, at this point it was very evident I needed urgent medical attention, the night shift manager did seem very concerned and rushed me to a nearby clinic, telling me several times on the way that the clinic was free as i
