Beautiful hotel set in a amazing part of bodrum. Hotel were super helpful for arranging wife’s birthday

Amazing hotel most luxurious beautiful beach view heaven on earth. Service is top notch. Breakfast by the ocean and the sun and the staff are amazing so accommodating to everything you need. The spa is out of this world.

We are Platinum Elite members with Marriott. We were staying nearby the resort wanted to get a massage at the spa when we called hotel we ended up getting hung up on 3 times before giving up (went to another spa). That was probably the red flag moment but next day we decided stop by the resort to eat lunch at the restaurant. Before we entered the lobby an employee screened us at the door and says we need to pay 100 Euros to get inside. I'm asking her what's the 100 Euros for and after a weird conversation we find out it's for a minimum spend at the resort. So then I ask the 100 Euros fee will be applied for food and drink? And they say yes. Our plan was a light lunch so I tell them give us a minute to decide. Still very weird but we say ok at least its not a fee for the privilege just to breathe the air in the lobby lol. I think we caught them off guard when we said yes ok. Now we talk to the receptionist and he's like its 100 Euros per person. I go I'm here for a lunch with my wife come see the property maybe stay in the future I'm not ordering 200 Euros of food for lunch. Then after some pauses and delays he says okay we have a lounge bar area you can order food drinks there and just pay for what you order. I go great okay then an employee guides us to the area in the hotel maybe to make sure we don't run around unauthorized areas. Service staff was great during lunch no issues. But we've been to many JW resorts, Ritz-Carltons, ect. Plus we are Marriott Vacation Club owners for over 20 years. Hands down worst experience overall hopefully they learn from this review and make future loyal Marriott customers feel welcome vs what we experienced. One positive they got some cool art work on display

A truly exceptional stay , thank you to the whole team at this hotel Thank you to Cemi and Sema for making our holiday the best ever and Sami and Elinur too. From the moment we entered nothing was too much for the team , the hotel is absolutely spotless and modern , our 2 bedroom suite was luxurious and we in fact extended our stay for an extra 2 nights. The hotel has the most tranquil spa area and all facilities are of a very high standard. The sauna and steam room and indoor pool were so lovely and clean and the gym had a Pilate machine. Cemi the manager and Sema really went over and beyond for us and we cannot thank them enough. The food at the Buddha bar was excellent. The hotel is a short distance to the town. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. The whole breakfast team were very polite. We would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel , in fact it’s the staff that made it so special. The amenities in the room were good quality. The smell in the lobby was beautiful and the grounds were very well kept. Check in was smooth and our room was ready on arrival. We will definitely be returning to this hotel . Having been our first trip to Bodrum I can certainly say I choose the best hotel. Taxi drivers also mentioned how Caresse is the best hotel , it’s very classy , clean and modern. The breakfast spread was very diverse with lots of choice and if you wanted something they don’t have just ask and many times they will make it if available. I cannot fault anything about this hotel. Truly an amazing place to stay where you will be treated so well that you will not want to leave. Thanks for our amazing stay The Sanger family

Amazing hotel - chose this hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary - room 306 sea view was perfect with a bottle of wine and Turkish delights waiting for us. The staff are amazing and so tentative - always smiling and asking if there is anything they can do. Breakfast has a good selection of food from fresh fruits, juices and hot made to order eggs. Buddha bar food and staff again were welcoming and excellent. Spa facilities are superb with kale and female facilities and the whole hotel is kept very clean.
