The hotel staff were very unfriendly, we waited almost 2 hours to check in, the lady at reception was unfriendly. The room was supposedly cleaned but there were blood stains on the bed linen. The toilet was dirty. Unfortunately we had to stay for 2 days because we couldn't find another hotel but never again and we We booked rooms with a sea view but didn't see the sea, they don't even have their own beach. You don't have to drive there with service or walk, it takes more than 20 minutes, so it's rubbish

Cold food every meal told can microwave if I want it hot by staff not any English food even tho stated there would be always things no kid would like to eat. No kids pool loud music all night long. Money stolen from apartment after telling them not to clean. Lack of option at the bar even tho all inclusive. Bloody in chicken from snack bar. Staff know little to no English and make you use phone to translate. Toilet wouldn't flush up to 4 hours and then showers were cold. Nothing but negative feedback from every guest we spoke to while there also.

Honestly I could write a 5 paragraph review on how bad this place is but I’ll keep it simple and straightforward. - we had all inclusive but the only food we ate was chips… which had to be microwaved, food seemed to be for the Russian and polish guests. There were only a handful of British and none of us enjoyed the food - the soft drinks are out of a warm bottle, only 1 choice of beer, and watered down juice. -most staff didn’t speak English and was rude after we complained. - a 3rd floor balcony collapsed right next to us while we were there. -pool smelled. -no fire safety measures. -trip hazards around the pool.

Came here with my uncle ,we both really enjoyed our stay here and will 100 percent come back 😊 For only a 3 star hotel it is really good the rooms are good size and beds are clean and tidy , good selection of food and walking distance to everything you need when on a holiday The main part for me was the lovely and helpful staff who always do there best for you and make you feel so welcome I also have made new friends while staying at smart holidays which include lovely waitresses (Elvann) , fantastic waiter (Furkan) My brother (rezzak) the bar man Also main man for all entertainment this week (jelli) Also thank you to all the other staff too who was so welcoming and helpful 😊 If people are looking for a really good affordable holiday as a couple or a family or maybe even a single traveler I would recommend you check this place out

Everything is broken in a room,no blankets ,was so cold in a night time. Tv remote also no working. We been in many places, but this hotel worth max 2 stars. Most of staff no speaking english. Bedding was dirty,wc also.. room no balcony, that's also weird 😕

This hotel was horrendous, smashed eggs on the stairs, dirty cats all over the hotel, ridiculously loud music, gone off food that was there the night before, drinks were heavily watered down, room didn’t have A/C and they didn’t want to help, pool area unclean, staff were very rude and unhelpful, how this is has been given a four star I don’t know, it’s not even a 3 star. Please don’t book this hotel, went in September 2024 and even if they’ve changed management then it makes little to 0 difference as there was an apparent change of management before me and my partner went.

No way this hotel is 4 star. Very limited food variety and if you're not first in the que there is'nt much food left. Freinds we made in the hotel all agreed that this is a three star hotel. Luckily we met some nice people who were staying in the hotel so we could laugh at how ridiculous the hotel was.
