Smart Holiday Hotel & Suite Bodrum- All Inclusive

Absolutely shocking hotel. The rooms are absolutely disgusting and they didn't even clean it everyday which is standard. No clean towels or toilet paper and no hot water all week. All inclusive and the food was inedible. Manager was rude and laughed when my partner asked to be moved again. On the beach rep even said the hotel is "sh*t" and I will request a refund for you. My first holiday in 10 years and this hotel absolutely ruined it.

Terrible hotel room was filthy, staff were rude, no hot water no towels no toilet roll took ages when asked for above items, food was awful little choice and all full of grease, drinks were few options beer was like water, lovely area but would book elsewhere shocking god knows how they got a 4 star everyone was complaining

AVOID AT ALL COST .Checked into room on night of 10th bedding had stains room was dirty, bathroom had mould all around shower, no remote control for tv. Went to reception desk staff attitude was appalling when I explained issues in room that I wanted a different room staff said come back in the morning. I told reception desk to get someone to put clean bedding on bed. Food I can only describe in one word as vile. Other customers review photos says it all. Do not go All inclusive you will be wasting your money, Ran out of plates, to eat meals you would be using polystyrene plates and cutley for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Staircase to your room is filthy they have not been swept for months. Grounds of hotel and overall hygiene of hotel is very very poor. I would suggest no matter how good the price looks to book this hotel DO NOT BOOK. Pictures on website of this hotel are completely misleading hotel description claims modern rooms. Rooms are not at all modern rooms extremely tired and filthy. The hotel needs a complete overhaul the 4* rating needs to be immediately removed.

Please Please Please don’t book this hotel. Got to hotel at 2am on the 14th but had paid since the 13th wouldn’t book us in straight away, got 2 hours sleep first night as broken air con and we were essentially called liars. Went back to the reception more than 7 times over the day to sort it and it wasn’t till midnight on second night did they bother to move our rooms, was given a downgraded room but at least the air con worked I guess??? Food was absolutely horrific- if you like reheated pasta, mushrooms, chicken and cauliflower then this is definitely the place for you. Half the time they had no spirits so it was either watered down beer or flat fizzy drinks. Our room wasn’t cleaned once and you will end up going to bed with black feet in your bed. We weren’t given fresh toilet roll or towels, you couldn’t get the soap out of the sink unit. Apparently an a la carte restaurant you could go to once in your stay and this was closed, so was the bar upstairs, there was random fridges and bedding around the hotel in the gaps. None of the workers other than Shelby spoke any English so if you do wildly decide to book this hotel make sure you speak Turkish or have a good translation app on your phone. Just to add about the food situation it is the same food everyday, there is meant to be a snack bar with pizza and kebab and the best you get is re heated dry pasta cooked in oil or cold chips. In our 4 night stay, 3 of the days there was boiled eggs on the stairs and cigarette buts until someone bothered to sweep it. I don’t know who has given this hotel a 4 star marking but it’s genuinely a 2 star at very very best and that’s an extreme compliment. DO NOT BOOK THIE HOTEL.
