We loved the opportunities they offer. There is lots of family activities includes little ones. The hygiene of the rooms are very nice, foods are delicious, staff is very helpful. Highly recommended for family vacations! Guest relationship staff was very helpful Ms. Damla and Fatma 😊

Öncelikle diğer 5 yıldızlı otellerdeki gibi eğer erken gidildiğinde kahvaltı yapamıyorsunuz ve öğlen yemeğini beklemek zorundasınız Odalar temiz resepsiyondaki çalışanlar ilgili Lobideki ve diğer bardaki çalışanların kokteyl bilgisi yetersiz Yemek çeşitleri kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği ortalama ama öğle için standartların altında kalıyor genelde snackleri tercih ettik Mersin olduğundan muz denemek istedik iki gün üst üste göremeyip sorunca da restoran şefi Cemal bey bunca meyve içinden buna mı takıldınız gibi yersiz bir tavır sergiledi bunca meyve dediği de akla ilk gelen 4-5 meyve vardı Tatil genel anlamda ortalamaydı, belirli bir otel standartı olan insanlar pek fazla da memnun ayrılmazlar

Eşim ve çocuklarımla geldik. Fena bir otel değil. Aile yeri genelde çocuklu aileler geliyor . İki tane çocuk havuzu ve büyük havuz vardı bi de aquparrk biz havuz başındaki snack bölümündeki atıştırmalıkları çok beğendik içecekler ve buz temini falan çok çok iyiydi. Odalar standart ama temizlik konusunu beğenmedik temiz değil odalar yeterince
