出差過來，房間乾淨整潔，房間太小，衞生間也是窄，沒有A棟寬敞，可能是茶樓改裝後的效果吧，車可以停路邊上，其他一切都還可以。

這是一次非常值得分享的旅途，古藺的皇宮樓客棧，酒店客房的服務態度非常友好，從進門的那一刻起就感受到賓至如歸的温馨。前台工作人員熱情周到，讓人倍感舒適，房間的設施寬敞明亮，佈置典雅，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，讓人有如家的感覺。房間也非常的乾淨整潔，細節處理得非常到位，給人一種乾淨整潔的感覺，早餐服務也非常出色，菜品美味可口，清晨來一碗暖暖的粥，暖心又暖胃，酒店位置也很便利，周邊設施齊全，出行也很是方便，整體住宿體驗非常滿意，從入住到退房的整個過程都非常順利愉快，價格也特別的實惠，我相信整個酒街找不到第二家價格那麼實惠又服務特別好的酒店了吧，

我這次的入住體驗極差，完全超出了我的預期。一開始，我入住的房間空調壞了，完全無法正常使用。我向酒店前台反映後，他們協調我換到另外的房間。然而，這個新房間不僅沒有空調的困擾，卻連一個鎖門的鏈條都沒有，這讓我的安全感大打折扣。無奈之下，我又一次找到前台，要求再次更換房間。
前台似乎對我的頻繁要求感到不耐煩，但還是給我換了另一個房間。然而，這次的房間空調又壞了，和第一個房間一樣無法正常使用。我再次向酒店反映，但他們卻衹是敷衍地説：“我們房間都是這樣，沒有其他房間了。”這種態度讓我十分不滿，他們完全沒有解決問題的意願，衹是不斷地推脱責任。
在我的一再堅持下，酒店最後才同意給我換到標間去。然而，這個標間竟然也無法反鎖，我向酒店提出質疑，他們還是那句話：“房間都是這樣。”這種惡劣的態度讓我徹底失去了耐心。
更讓我無法接受的是，酒店明明知道房間存在空調、門鎖等問題，卻不進行維修，遇到問題也沒有站在客户的角度想辦法解決。每次找到他們，他們總是以“我們酒店就是這樣的”為理由來搪塞。這樣的服務態度和解決問題的能力，讓我對這家酒店徹底失望。
總的來説，這次的入住體驗讓我非常不滿意。我希望酒店能夠正視自己的問題，積極改進服務質量和硬件設施，給客人提供更好的住宿體驗。
