Welcome to The Lodge at Gulf State Park, a Hilton Hotel, a unique destination located on Alabama’s Gulf Coast and part of the Gulf State Park. Our location offers all the perks of a beachfront location as well as a host of park amenities such as hiking and biking trails, a 900-acre fishing lake, nature center and outdoor classroom, interpretive center, tennis, kayaking, paddleboards, geocaching, guided nature walks, birding, and several playgrounds.
Choose from a guest room or suite with beach or park views, each with a spacious tub or shower and 50-inch TV. Our suites feature a private balcony, some with bunk beds to better accommodate the entire family.
Dine in or outdoors while enjoying beautiful gulf views from our onsite restaurants. Room service is available 6am – 12am daily, or relax in our Lobby coffee and wine bar overlooking the beach.
Everything you need is right here. Exercise in our fitness center, or take a dip in the infinity pool. Our business center is available daily, and the convenience shop is always open. Choose from 40,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor event space, including the largest ballroom on the Gulf Coast with a beach view.

All in all, was very satisfied with all amenities and pleasantly surprised by the weather which looked foreboding at times but cleared out. The only negative was the parking which is in a remote location and I believe charged daily for use, oh well, can't have it all. The beach, pool, pier and food made it worth it. Will visit again.

We loved our stay. From check-in to check-out everything was pretty great.
However, I wasn't crazy about the $5, 16 oz. iced coffee at the hotel coffee bar. It's not often that Starbucks is the cheaper option! If you're going to charge the same price for half the coffee, at least make sure the coffee is outstanding! That coffee was just average.

Located inside the Gulf State Park, you are surrounded by outdoor beauty and outdoor activities, trails, fishing, hiking, biking etc.
The staff was amazing and efficient. We went for the "Sand in My Boots" festival and the location was very close to that venue.
Food and Drinks from the poolside bar were very good and convenient. The ability to text the staff for anything from transportation to getting your car from the valet made for a very easy stay as well. Would stay here again.

Great place with beautiful ocean views and a nice pool. Loved the style and quality of this hotel. It also feels a little removed from all of the touristy areas.

Highly recommend! Perfect for a family. On site food and drinks were great. Pool was perfect for our son. Loved being so close to the beach! We will be back!
