Hotel employee treating and taking very bad and chick in waiting was 05 :00 hrs waiting after that check in wast of money and wast of my time very bad, i am booking deluxe executive room but given normal room, no storage very bad. Ok thank you

The hotel manager did not provide me with an executive room which I booked on MakeMyTrip but asked me to take it or leave it whichever is available.
The bathroom is not clean as the water was leaking from the pipe and there was no hot water also
Finally this hotel room is not worth its price.

They are not provide water bottle, toilet not clean( water plushproblem)
they are change pillow case, even i informed to desk. Tv desire chanel can't watch' only free chanel can watch, they are share internet.

As per my booking check in time and check-out time 1st march 12pm to 2nd march 12 pm, but the hotel manager told me to check-out at 8am in the morning 2nd march which i dint like, so i have checked out at 7. 53am in the morning
