這輩子最後悔的消費就是訂這家酒店！房間一進門就一股黴味混合著煙味，掀開床單全是泛黃污漬，床墊凹陷到能把人陷進去。浴室花灑漏水，水流小得可憐，下水道還反味，馬桶沖完水根本不乾淨。半夜走廊一直有人喧嘩，隔音跟沒有一樣，前台説會處理結果毫無動靜。第二天起來發現房卡莫名失效，打電話給前台等了半小時才來人。退房時索要發票，工作人員態度惡劣説“沒有”，這種服務和環境，倒貼錢我都不會再來！

總的來説還是可以的，有待改進的是沖洗用的熱水正常供應，兩個晚上都沒有供應熱水或者是衹僅微温水，如果冬天這樣子對沿海地區來的客人會比較麻煩。同時，在國內很多地方對港澳通行證的入住認證的效率有待提高（包括快遞行業），國內對港澳台的通行證使用認識不是，也會影響港澳台回國內旅遊意欲，即使我這樣喜歡回內地交流以及做義工的，住宿與交通因為證件問題而大受影響，有時都會無語。
