Loved everything about this place. Chose the tatami rooms and it was way better than expected with a really gorgeous garden. Rooms were a little smaller than expected, but still a very comfortable size. Shared toilets and baths were super clean, and the breakfast was so wholesome and delicious! Staff were also really friendly and great!

Located right next to the bus centre in Gujo Hachiman, this is a nice simple hotel with an attached eel or unagi restaurant at the front. It seems as though you don't have to book dinner in advance

The building is old, but the beautiful landlady guided me at the front desk. The bath is a little small. I was also a little surprised that the dressing room was completely visible from the hallway. The hair dryer was an old type that was built in, so it was hot and had no wind (°_°) so it might be better to bring your own!
