房間太冷，前台服務人員態度不好，告知不想住尾房給調一下，回覆大床房衹有尾房，告前台房間太冷回覆沒有暖風，住了一晚上孩子被凍感冒，出停車場繳費40元，工作人員讓回酒店前台報備因有事沒有返回，而酒店前台退房跟辦理住房手續時也沒有告知，酒店入住以來最差的一次

王朝在古交算貴的酒店，結果熱水出水慢，房間沒有吹風機。床單被罩也老舊，早餐一般。住過很多酒店，就王朝酒店不給水，不給水也罷，是不是把放下的水明碼標價一下？一桶2.08的怡寶，要價13元。沒價簽以為送的，沒想到😓嚇的敢緊買回來給補上。總的來説，不好！

硬件方面，設施老舊，一個破門關門響個不停，淋雨噴頭也是壞的；晚上沒熱水，沒空調，洗臉盆龍頭打開全是生銹的水。
服務就更不談了，完全沒有。前台基本情況不清楚，麻着個臭臉，一問三不知，花錢找罪受。
300多房費連個免費礦泉水都沒有，紙巾也沒有，跑了這麼多地方，第一次碰見。

一家老資格的酒店，位置在主幹道邊上，但周圍並不是很鬧的那種，雖然裝修什麼的稍顯老舊，但總體規格還是在線的，四層的洗浴也不錯，三個温度的池子可以自由選擇，唯一有些遺憾的是客房的用品有些粗糙，我房間的浴巾感覺已經用了快20年了，上面全是破洞

這酒店不是一般差，不提供飲用水衹有自來水，雖有洗浴中心，但房間浴室沒有浴巾，房間陳舊不説服務也很差，連一百多的快捷酒店都不如，去古交住快捷酒店也不選擇王朝，這個價格和這個環境實在不匹配

前台服務很差，兩點交房，一點半去説延期一個鐘點房，前台就給辦理成五點半退房，去前台詢問還理直氣壯待理不理的。
