I chose Hyatt Regency Guiyang for my business trip this time. The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the room is very comfortable, the front desk staff (Xiao Hou) is very polite and courteous, the service is also very meticulous, it is a very good accommodation experience!

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

Bedding can also be selected according to your pillow habits, and bedtime desserts (estimated to be around 7 o'clock) and night bed service (estimated to be around 5:30) are provided every night. The toiletries in the room are Diptyque, and the fragrance and feel of use are very good. The room is soundproof and lightproof, and the stay experience is very good. The only thing to note may be that the room does not have smart control. The Mini Bar in the room is free and replenished daily, and fruits are delivered daily. This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much. Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

The room i booked was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly. They gave me a welcome fruit bowl . The service was amazing. I sure will be visiting again. You won’t be disappointed I recommend you try this hotel out.

I booked the hotel by accident. The service was excellent. After booking, I communicated with the housekeeper by phone. When I opened the door, the welcome snacks tasted good and there were cute snacks. The mineral water was also placed by the bed. The slippers were also opened and placed by the bed. I stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed. When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important. The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly. I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room. The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this. The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming. We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\ Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious. We stayed at Renaissance Guiyang five night total, and we loved the facilities especially the swimming pool our kids had great time. Room service is amazing and breakfast had variety choices Chinese and western, it meets our tastes. It was a short walk to some local shops and restaurants, which included a metro station and it was very easy to get an e-car too. There was even a robot that delivered complimentary bottled water, which was nice. Just one down side, when we checked in at 6th of August, the receptionist seems not quite to know what she is doing, she had to call over colleagues to help with the check in process and refused to scan my marriot member card, which as a result I missed out on collecting three night's worth of reward points.
