The best five-star hotel in Guiyang has been open for more than ten years, and its appearance is amazing. Standing by Guanshan lake, the service is first-class, and I feel the enthusiasm of Guiyang people. On my friend's birthday, the hotel specially prepared surprise room layout, afternoon tea, Chinese restaurant, western restaurant, comfortable environment and complete dishes. Because of a lot of luggage, my colleagues in the concierge department helped me carry my luggage several times. When I left, my sister at the front desk borrowed a power supply for me because my mobile phone was broken. When I first wrote a comment, I was moved and warm by my colleagues and friends at Hyatt Guiyang. Thank Christine, Fanny and all my colleagues for their hard work. I suggest you, especially after 00 o'clock, stay in Hyatt Regent Hotel and cancel all family accommodation and online red hotel. Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is built on the hillside, and the various green plants and gardening shapes seem to grow in the forest. The fresh air creates a health resort. The rooms and restaurants combine Thai and Guizhou characteristics. From the hotel, you can see several high-rise buildings in Guiyang city and the airport take-off and landing, which is surprising. The service staff is polite and responds to guests' needs in a timely manner.

We had one night stay in Kempinski. The hotel lobby was stunning with very nice designs. Our room was spacious and clean, the city views at night from the windows were just magnificent. The business lounge was on level 53 (top floor), which offered guests free afternoon tea, light dinner, and night drinks. Every staff member we met was very polite and friendly. Finally, I wish to say special thanks to the reception staff Kevin, who serviced us very patiently and professionally. We will be back surely and see you again!

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

Very nice hotel, the room is big, the bedding is very comfortable, the large floor-to-ceiling glass has a good view, and the hotel facilities are also very good. The restaurant breakfast is very rich and tastes very good. The best thing is the hotel's butler service, which is considerate and in place. Good location, staff helpful air-con not working, I try back to stay more 2 nights but they gave poor room near elevator and walk way. Exactly some staffs always say “I can’t speak English” that I think not kind attitude of job.
