酒店可以説是金融城片區相當差的一家了，設施陳舊，空間狹小，設備拉胯，服務態度差。最要命的時衞生間小便都要疏通下水道，難怪進來的時候馬桶旁邊放了一個疏通用具。隔音可以説是沒有，預訂界面的圖片與實際嚴重不符，具體可以往下看。入住時候凳子上面臟的不敢坐，見下圖。房間味道難聞，旁邊飯店衹要做飯就能聞到菜味。評價時一分都覺得給的高了。

吵:房間門基本沒隔音，外面走動説話聽的一清二楚。
臭:沒窗就算了，廁所下水道一直反沖一股味上來，直沖天靈蓋。
設施老舊，衞生就不多説了。

參加貴陽馬拉松來的，到起終點國際會議展覽中心走約半小時，需求大的情況下價格還好所以選這裏。在恆大樓盤裡的一棟，商業建築吧。房間不大，夠我用：睡覺洗澡。清潔。樓下有吃的但選擇不多，走20分鐘到金融中心就多了，地鐵也到那裡搭。附近有公交站，但感覺路線班次不多。
