我們出行喜歡選擇雙床房，開了一天車想休息得更好。酒店位置離高速比較近，住下了也不影響休息，房間總體上乾淨整潔通風，唯一不太喜歡的就是衞生間地面發黃，估計是白瓷磚刷不出來了吧。樓層是複式樓需要走一小段步梯，但住着安靜不吵，設施條件可以，性價比高。

到鎮遠瀏覽了很多家酒店，起初看了鎮遠大酒店的點評有些差評所有他們就不是首選後來看停車方便還是選擇他們家，入住後真的不知道差評是怎麼來的，他們服務非常熱情，帶我們每層樓都看了房間，還給我們升級了智能房型停車也很方便，距離古城幾百米，入住首先以後必須是他們家點贊👍👍

這個酒店我來到貴陽一直住的，1是因為它位於金融城，離我辦事的地方很近。交通便利。2是因為酒店價格非常親民，是我能承受起的，酒店房間也很大。乾淨，住着也舒服。性價比超高。3酒店樓下有很多吃的，貴陽美食多，可聚餐，可夜宵都是可以的。

位置與指引：令人困惑的抵達體驗**
按照導航前往酒店時，定位顯示的是建築背面，但背面既無酒店標識，也無任何指示牌提示入口方向，衹能繞行一整圈尋找入口，對初次到訪的客人極不友好。
停車時需直接進入-1層，但地下停車場同樣缺乏酒店標識，致電前台後得知需停在A區，但現場並無明確分區標識，增加了停車難度。從地下室到1樓需搭乘多個電梯，出電梯後需穿過一片門面區域，酒店門面難尋。
**建議酒店提前與客人聯繫，通過圖文指引明確路線，或在關鍵位置增設標識**，避免客人因找路消耗過多時間
房間衞生：細節缺失，影響體驗**
進入房間後，衞生問題令人失望：
1. **面盆水壓過大**：打開水龍頭瞬間，水流過猛直接噴濺到面盆外，衣物被淋濕大半，地面也因積水變得濕滑，存在安全隱患，建議酒店檢查水壓設備或加裝緩流裝置。
2. **清潔不到位**：床單上發現殘留頭髮，窗台坐墊有明顯油漬污痕，淋浴間地面散落碎髮，作為連鎖品牌酒店，此類基礎衞生疏失實屬不該，需加強保潔流程監管。
#### **設施與服務：標識缺失，配套不足**
- **洗衣房形同虛設**：酒店雖配有洗衣房，但從8樓出電梯後無任何指示，需自行摸索尋找。最終僅發現一台洗烘一體機，且單次洗轟需耗時3小時，對入住高峯期的客人而言完全不實用，建議增加設備數量。
- **服務補救態度尚可**：針對問題反饋，前台態度誠懇並贈送打包早餐作為補償，但**服務被動性明顯**，若能在入住時主動提供指引或提前告知設施狀態，體驗會更好。
#### **品牌對比：與西安分店差距顯著**
此前入住過同品牌西安分店，無論是動線設計、衞生標準還是服務主動性均優於此次體驗。西岸店在指引標識、設施維護等細節上“能省則省”的做法，拉低了品牌整體印象，希望管理層重視分店服務一致性。
#### **總結：性價比尚可，但需全面提升細節**
酒店地理位置靠近高鐵站，適合短暫過渡，但目前的衞生狀況、指引缺失及配套設施問題，難以支撐品牌溢價。若能針對性改進衞生管理、優化動線標識並提升服務主動性，仍有潛力成為周邊優選。**短期內不建議對衞生或便利性要求高的客人選擇**。

酒店位置交通還行，距離最近的地鐵站接近一公里的距離，樓下有很多賣吃的，晚上很熱鬧。地下停車場也很大，希望酒店能能在停車場貼點標識，方便住客停車和找到距離酒店最近的電梯口。

交通方便，距離貴州省博物館很近，距離高鐵站也很近，唯一不足的是窗户隔音太差了，外面車輛聲音很吵。床睡的也不是很舒服

途經貴陽臨時決定住宿一晚，選擇了這家酒店。下高速不多久就能到達，但是地下停車場進去後指示不明顯，給前台打電話才知道可以隨便停。前台與住宿樓不在一起，住宿在亞朵那棟樓。房間大小還行，是一貫的希岸裝修風格，還算比較安靜，洗浴熱水充足。
