As soon as I entered the room, I felt that the bed was not right. We clearly booked a 2×1.8 large bed, but we were given a 1.5 bed. I went to the front desk and they changed it for us without saying sorry. It felt like they did it on purpose. There were no slippers in the room. The hot water took a long time to come out. The water pressure was too high and it was very noisy.
