這次本次貴州旅遊最差的一次體驗，果斷差評。要不是帶着孩子，時間有點晚（黃果樹瀑布耍回來回到貴陽快晚上9點鐘），都想重新找。歸納起來優缺點如下。
優點:吃飯買東西方便，樓下就有。
缺點:1.酒店不好找。酒店在居民樓裏，花果園小區很大，外地人不好找。找到門口都懷疑是不是酒店，沒有標緻。
2.不能停車，停車收費，較貴。而且本小區不能停臨時車，要到旁邊小區停車，停車找酒店共花去一個小時。
3.圖片與實際情況嚴重不符。
4.酒店衞生很差。洗漱台後和洗漱台下麪到處是黴斑。不知多少時間沒有打掃了。都懷疑被子有沒有每天清洗更換。拖鞋都變黑了，不敢穿😭圖片附後
5.設施設備壞的。我訂了兩間，一間廁所門壞的，一間洗手盆水龍頭壞的，搖搖晃晃的。
6.隔音效果差。居民套房隔的，不知用什麼材料隔的，隔音效果很差，隔壁説話都能聽清茶。
7.居住環境差，公共區域變成雜物間，沒有打理，環境和衞生都跟糟糕。
8.承諾提供的東西不全和質量差。房間無瓶裝水，紙巾，牙具；承諾洗衣機也沒有；洗髮水不知是什麼品牌，用時有一股怪怪的氣味。
居民套房改的酒店，條件一般，沒有用心管理和打掃衞生，個人估計消防應該不合格（無防煙面具，通道狹窄，隔斷材料是否防火？），存在較大火災隱患。對居住條件有要求不建議定。

差的一塌糊塗，我剛開始訂的88，房間很小，沒有空調，就一張床，後面補了60元，換了一個空調的，也很小，床單枕頭都是黃的，晚上不隔音，大半夜很吵，現在貴陽房價真的卷的很厲害，真的好像就靠暑假這段時間賺錢一樣，價格翻一倍

兩家都不是同一棟樓也不早説，到了之前住的那一棟花果園M區6棟樓下。又説在10棟，拎着行李🧳走來走去還是找不到…最後起碼十多分鐘後才找到。

很差，封閉空間，空調沒有，沒有換氣的，衹有一把電扇，很悶。不是很推薦，床單上有頭髮，不知道是不是沒有更換。
