首先我週五晚上八點左右到的酒店，我訂單備註的是高樓層，安靜，給我安排在三樓，臨街道的位置，一個掛牌四星，需要打印也沒有，我問前台我要打印怎麼辦，他説讓我自己出門打印，當時在下雨，我問有沒有雨傘租借，他説沒有，後來客服告知我辦公室才能打印，他們已經下班了，週一九點上班，我打電話給前台説借支筆，她説他們沒有筆。後面，我看見服務上有一項送站服務，我打電話説我需要預約，前台説沒有，後來他們客服打電話也是一直在那裡説，我們沒有送站服務，巴拉巴拉的給我扯一大堆，後來她加我微信，我截圖給他看了，才承認。第二天吃早餐的時候，我訂單上是含有早餐的，前台依舊説沒有，後面説可以送我一份，我衹覺得好笑，早餐沒什麼吃的也就算了，我説喝碗南瓜粥，還是糊的。其次我們再説到設施，我是一個人住，外面的門反鎖不起，防盜鏈跟沒裝一樣，是那種一挑就會開的，廁所的門關不上，不是鎖的問題，直接就是與門吻合不上，燒水壺裡麪也沒弄乾凈，一大股白醋味，水珠都在上面掛着。最後一個酒店，能做成這樣的，是少之又少，真心勸大家避雷。

地點距離辦事的位置較近，交通方便附近有地鐵，門口有公交， 衞生：還是比較乾淨的 環境：相對一般 服務：還不錯 設施：因為是老酒店了，設施還是偏老舊了點

酒店設計風格獨特，中歐復古集合，有古色古香很有韻味，酒店服務很好，早餐雖然簡單，但是食材新鮮 味道不錯，對得起這個價格，外面一碗素粉也要6元左右，窗户落地窗，這酒店以前房價300多，現在這價很直，300多時候早餐很內容很豐富，現在這個價和同規模小酒店相比，性價比很高，不説別的，收取小酒店房費比小酒店沒有窗户發黴發臭高大上很多很多，很直🉐
