房間未打掃乾淨，有上個客人留下的渣渣和頭髮，洗澡水壓很小，而且房間內還有兩衹類似沒有殼的蝸牛的軟體動物，看起來非常**🤮；我們連續住了兩天，第一天的前台阿姨態度不好，辦入住的時候好像***一樣還兇我們。第二天那個前台小姐姐就特別好，雖然第二天沒有幫我們補礦泉水和一次性用品，但是告訴小姐姐以後都幫我們補起來了，看我們有三個人還給我們帶了三瓶水，這三顆星有兩顆半都是那個小姐姐的。

1.特價房價格這麼離譜，説是三樓有窗，那窗户很小，外面是晾了一大堆床單的，不通風。圖片上和實際不符，大家不要被欺騙了。2.説出來你們不信，居然是活動板房蓋的，又熱又燜，有個風扇開滿檔風還是很小，然後去找前台喊換個風扇，然後説沒有多餘的，在我我堅持下才換了太風扇。相當於在樓頂加的活動板房蓋，不知道消防檢查是怎麼通過的。3.很離譜的是在房間裏被蜜蜂蟄了，手腫得又大非常痛，老闆的處理方法是拿冰啤酒冰一下，就不想管了，真的無語。喊老闆買點葯或去醫院，老闆直接不想擔責任，可笑吧。4.鬧到後面bj了，jc來了還覺得自己沒有責任，扯了半天，經過jc定的買葯酒店承擔，還是我自己到醫院去開的葯，10幾塊的葯鬧成這樣，讓我很驚訝的是酒店一直死咬着沒責任。唉，這樣的酒店大家遠而避之吧！5.不想説了......避坑吧

房間環境還行，就是不隔音，衞生間的鏡子上還殘留了不少雙眼皮貼，房間的窗簾根本遮不嚴實，洗澡的話會被斜對面可以看清楚，前台的態度真的就是很不好了，中午就講了要續住，不用打掃衞生，晚上回來的時候，前台直接劈頭蓋臉就開始罵了，本來都挺滿意這家酒店的，就這服務態度讓人好感全無

作為我是一個貴陽人！！旅遊旺季酒店價格上漲這個能理解，，20多年以來 第一遇到我和我老婆還沒有退房，出去辦了點事，但中午回來想休息會，我們的房間居然有人住，甚至我和我媳婦的衣服都沒有收走的情況下， 真的**了，門口一個停車場， 説的特價房不讓停車， 我看過了旅遊旺季，你還會不會那麼得瑟！！！

酒店主要優勢位置好，離黔靈山公園不遠，酒店有個自己小院子，可以免費停車。衞生一般，閉眼看，別挑。本來酒店寫着寵物友好，可以攜帶寵物，可辦理完入住，前台告訴我，老闆説了，前台是新來的，不能攜帶寵物，既然辦理完入住就住一天。

電視的觀看操作極不方便，無普通電視節目可看，網絡電視收費，且操作不便。洗澡水壓太低，水温也偏低，花灑漏水也無人檢查更新。酒店也無便民服務意識，沒有公共可用雨傘。

非常非常吵，是那種活動隔板組成的房間，吵爆了一點點都不隔音，旁邊就是馬路，想象一下一整晚就睡了一個多小時，外在環境真不值這麼多錢，內裏還行，酒店老闆態度一般般
