A very cost-effective hotel chain, the room is very clean and the service staff is warm. The friendly attitude is very good and the service is very good. Will choose here next time. The room facilities are complete, the service staff are of high quality, very different from some express business hotels. The breakfast is rich in variety, the room facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the overall value for money is excellent. It is a very satisfying experience. The hotel has free parking, and it is really convenient to register the license plate at the front desk for a day. The hotel has a good environment, a good location, warm and thoughtful front desk service, and the room cleaning is very timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated to handling problems in time. Put yourself in the best of the guests. Very satisfied with a stay experience!

Very convenient location for airport travelers. They have a shuttle service available. The hotel has many rooms and the beds are very comfortable. Firm and supportive with a soft top. The staff were very kind and accompanied us to see two different rooms. My husband’s passport fell out of his pocket in the first room and the concierge was kind enough to write a text message in English so that I would understand! Very good service! I wish I could remember his name.

連住十天，點評一下：首先海巢和艾芮是同一家，樓層不同，一個是8A另一個是8。酒店給我升級房型住到了8A的海巢，這點謝謝店家。 優點①設施：酒店的設施很好很棒，外面的設施如圖所示，房間設施也如圖所示，進去後又小點心可以吃，幹啥都衹需要叫小度就行了，不用動手。給的拖鞋也是很厚實的那種，穿起來踩着感很舒服 優點②衞生，衞生打掃的很乾凈，床單什麼的很乾凈，一點異物都沒有 優點③安全係數：酒店的這個鎖是你輕輕的把左邊這個壓一下就能夠連結這條鏈子，感覺很安全 優點④乾濕分離，智能馬桶，水壓很大，洗澡很快。 缺點①9樓有裝修，特別特別特別吵，像是拿電鑽在你耳邊鑽一樣，從早上八點開始，下午也會裝修，特好特別特別吵，雖然和酒店無關，但是真的睡不了一點，本來來酒店就是想好好休息，但是衹要他開始裝修，就絕對會被吵醒，除非睡眠質量特別特別高。 缺點②我定的這個是海巢酒店唯一的特價房，酒店沒有寫明是特價房，也就是意味着如果你定的是“特價房”，也就是以最低價格定到的那個大床房，不出意外就是我這個房間，桌子就不會像酒店給出的圖片那樣，而是我這個，我這個也忘記拍了。 缺點③我住了十天，酒店不知道咋了，我去刷了六次卡，因為我從外面玩回來開開心心回房間，結果發現房卡刷不開房間，不得不重新回到一樓刷新房卡，感覺很麻煩吧。 最後，説一下態度。酒店打掃房間的那個小個子小姐姐態度特別好，打掃衞生也用心天天拖地消毒，就很隨和的那種，不是板著臉的那種。至於前台，，。，。我覺得可以稍加培訓一下，因為前台是酒店的門面嘛，一直都板著臉，態度也比較冷淡，解決問題不及時會引起一些客人的不愉快（記得酒店有一天晚上突然停電了，我去問了説是社區原因，這個確實沒辦法，但是當時在用電腦寫作業來着，突然斷了，我覺得應該提前一兩個小時通知一聲）。 至於我為什麼會説這麼多，因為我是不會來住這個酒店了，並不是説酒店不好，如果再來一次這樣的價格，我也會入住，主要是因為我定酒店時候的價格比較低，一般平時價格二百多左右，我定的比較便宜，然後也感覺多多少少因為低價訂到了這個酒店，收到了一丟丟的小小的區別對待，也或許人一直這樣呢？我想酒店因為我這一次的撿便宜就會完整修復一下他們的BUG，避免我這樣的低價定酒店，一百來塊一晚上（態度的區別對待也説不上來太多的具體案例，主要從方方面面感覺到吧，比如打掃房間，我的房間好像一直是最後一個打掃的。兩點出去玩，五點多也沒打掃，而且一般打掃完我的房間就收工了，不怪小姐姐，我覺得不是小姐姐的想法，因為有時候一般先打掃哪個房間是酒店打電話説好的，有時候有的房間比較要的急，但是我這個差不多一直都是最後一個打掃的） 最後，祝老闆生意興隆
