首先 關於房間問題，疑似虛假宣傳、貨不對版，房間裏床規格尺寸（2張*1.35米）與平台標明（2張*1.5米）的不一致。
其次 服務態度問題，態度差且沒有解決問題的能力：
1.當我跟工作人員説床尺寸問題時，工作人員衹會説我抓着這點小問題不放，斤斤計較。
聲明下我整個假期訂的房間都是2張1.5米床（可見圖3.4），這是我訂房的硬性條件而非擇優選項，所以對我而言就是貨不對版。
2.出現問題，工作人員衹會推脱是攜程平台無法選擇1.35米規格而導致的問題。
既然貴酒店同意在攜程上進行推廣和賺錢，就應該對酒店訊息的真實性負責，而且這個小問題有多種方法解決，例如可以名字上註明、可以尺寸向下標註按1.3米……而不是默認同意這種虛假訊息的使用。
3.非常沒有同理心。當時辦理入住是初四晚上的10點多了，工作人員説有異議可以原價退錢退房。
明知過年這種假期酒店都會很緊張，大多都提前預訂，同價位這麼晚也很難重新找到，但她居然也能開口讓我們不存在任何過錯的一方退房，完全想不明白是憑什麼能這樣説。
4.作為服務行業，最後電話溝通時採用了最容易激化矛盾的方式：直接掛了電話。
其他缺點：洗澡處的水温不恆定，有時候很熱，有時候突然出冷水。
