酒店很不錯，雖然是民宿，但是前台小哥服務特別熱情，很不錯。房間也很乾凈，很整潔，可以媲美大酒店的衞生了真的。樓下是餐廳，飯菜也很好吃，家常菜味道真的很不錯，隔音效果也挺不錯。熱水也一直有，空調也很有用。

第一次住民宿，沒有想到竟然這麼乾淨，和一些大酒店的衞生都相差不大，非常滿意。老闆也很熱情，告訴我們哪裡值得去，為我們規劃旅遊路線。門口還有一個挺大的停車場，挺不錯的。位置也很好，走路三分鐘就到遊客中心了，真的很推薦。乾淨衞生，老闆態度很好。

應該是一家新裝修的酒店、農家樂，室內所有設施物品床品都是嶄新的，特別乾淨，出門在外就怕住到臟亂差的地方，這家是真的好乾凈，除了沒有電梯，其他方面無可挑剔，距離龍虎山遊客服務中心很近，走路幾分鐘，非常方便。

入住當日，由於我所預訂的土圭垚农家乐房間未清潔好，所以改住俊鑫林民宿，兩座民宿都是同一老闆開的，俊鑫林房間地方夠大，放下兩個大行李，還有足夠空間走動，沖涼間夠大，設施比較完善，只是沒有電梯及景觀，還要搬行李上樓梯，整體環境清潔衛生非常好，有兩部洗衣機，晾衫衣架好足夠，老板娘服務好及熱心。
