破酒店，破地方，就是一個閑置的房子，爬六樓還沒電梯，説得好聽是家的感覺，去那裡連被子都沒搞起來，衞生間還是共用的，沒有空調，衞生用品也是很簡陋，又不是什麼高檔小區，大早上起來敲門催我們退房？？我花了錢還休息不好，真的有病

不是想象中的酒店，是那種小區的裏的房子，圖片拍的和實物完全不同，就是居民樓裏有兩三間房子，環境很差，連酒店前台都沒有，反正入住肯定不安全，老闆人也不好説話，來過一次不會想來第二次

環境：一個老舊的多層小區，是一個套三户型的二樓，共3個間，每個房間算一個獨立的所謂的民宿，周邊沒有吃飯的地方。
設施：房間裏竟然沒有電視，被褥上有濃濃的煙味，也沒有洗澡的浴巾；有空調，但不是變頻的，一會兒啟動一會停止，晚上有聲音。
衞生：洗漱盆和衞生間是公用的，沒有馬桶，只有蹲便。進門時洗漱盆沒有清洗，盆上還有長頭髮。
服務：一般
總體：這個民宿很一般，不推荐居住。

公平的説；鷹潭北站就這家住宿距離車站近，其實房間也很大雖説是三間一個單元但是每個房間都不影響，又是一樓進出方便。論價格應該把床具弄乾凈平整了，如果想長期幹把房間好好裝修一下，客人滿意有回頭客就進入良性循環了。房主父親説話有點倔但是人品很好，挺正直！我退房後把行李箱存那他二話不説就答應了，對於我上車方便了不少。既然想經營就應該儘可能做的最好！

#負評#對安全性，走廊隔音，鄰近活動，房間佈局，性價比，鄰近店舖失望；108块住的，连个卫生间都没有，毛巾也不给，牙刷也不给。连个热水壶都没有。枕头套跟被套脏的要死，床单更不用说。

優點近火車站。但周圍沒有吃飯的地方，沒有商場，晚上蚊子多，是個住宅改造的民宿，價格偏高，沒有回頭客的。
