Ctrip's location was inaccurate, and it navigated to other hotels under Jinjiang in the city. However, the front desk girl at the wrong hotel was very nice and told us the address in detail. Finally, we arrived at the destination and rested halfway. It was very cost-effective.

Facilities: Incomplete. The entrance steps of the newly opened hotel don’t even have a ramp for pulling suitcases. You have to lift the suitcases to get through. This is a four-star price!
Hygiene: The hotel's sand curtains are seriously dusty and have never been cleaned.
Environment: The so-called mountain view is actually facing the roof of an old village building.
Service: The front desk staff was very rude when solving problems. They would only solve the problem if you gave me a good review.

I was traveling by car, and there was no staff to guide me to park when I arrived at the hotel. After I went to bed at night, the voice assistant kept ringing every 10 minutes. Contacting the waiter didn't solve the problem. In the end, I had to change rooms. I couldn't fall asleep until after 2 a.m.
