服務：我衹能説，員工的態度既是老闆的態度，一進房間開始大大小小的問題打了十幾個電話給前台，到最後12點才發現空調是打開一直不出風的，技術工上來一直默認空調是好的，衹讓我開了重等，在我的要求下給我拿個遙控器就一句話，行就行不行就不行咯。哈嘍？我花了錢的行不行都得給我行好吧？找店長店長避而不見，找老闆老闆衹會道歉並避重就輕逃避責任，説我衹要晚上説房間有問題説換房退房都能接受，但過了夜就不行了，又説我為什麼一進酒店覺得有問題的時候不退房？從這話開始我就知道服務態度是一脈相承的了。
設施：兩個廁所通風當擺設，開了兩個小時，拉屎抽煙的味道一點沒散，洗澡超過五分鐘就頭暈。房間WiFi不提前插好，空調是壞的衹開不出風，半夜三點才發現酒店的牙刷紙杯衹放了一個，打電話又等了半小時才上來。一直因為酒店管理的疏忽去浪費顧客的時間這事我從入住我就一直在經歷👍🏻
衞生：有蟑螂和蛀蟲啃木板
正如員工所説，這麼暖的天氣本是無需開空調，我確實也不在乎空調，但我受不了當個二百五，用不用是我的事，你的態度要擺正，你的服務要做好。我一個桂平本地人花250去開個房你覺得我要幹嘛？我踏馬光生氣了啥都幹不成我不是讓你全退都是看在過年的份上
