酒店就西山景區內山上，古樹林木環繞，環境好。酒店設施乾淨，有餐廳，周邊也有其他餐飲，食宿方便。西山遊之住宿首選。

2023年大年初一重新開業有一定歷史的山莊，設施設備老舊正常，也更新了一些，比如床頭增加了充電插座等。因為是重新開業，衞生搞得還不錯。服務人員都很親切。位置佳，就在景區裏，上山很方便，有停車場，入住山莊停車收費10元。性價比高，推薦！

致桂平市功德山莊:
2023年4月21日我與朋友一行人入住貴山莊，4月22日早上開車離開時不慎將一個裝有身份證、駕駛證件及貴重物品的背包忘落在山莊停車場。當日山莊停車場值班人員發現後進行妥善保管。待我發現背包丟失後電話與總枱聯繫，當日值班的幾名男女工作人員非常熱情幫助尋找，其中一名覃姓男工作人員到停車場尋找，並在停車場值班人員處取得背包後及時主動與我聯繫核實，經工作人員確認無誤後利用休息時間將背包直接寄回我家，更令我感動的是，貴山莊工作人員為了讓我節省點快遞費，還貼心地為我出了好幾個主意。對此，特寫信對幫助過我的貴山莊幾名工作人員表示感謝！

在原來桂平市招待所拍賣搞成房地產了之後，去桂平西山住這裏最是首選，畢竟把汽車停好走兩步路就是西山公園大門口了，這裏不是什麼農家樂，也不是什麼有錢的老闆投的資，原來是一個單位的培訓基地，能在這裏搞這樣的酒店不是一般單位，所以，功德山莊再怎麼老舊也有底藴在！

在半山腰，空氣和環境都非常棒，位置就在景區門口，設施雖不夠現代智能，但經過重裝，還是比較乾淨，服務也不錯，飯莊味道也很好，如果圖清靜和早晚上山方便，它是不二選擇，價格也實惠。

老酒店了，對它的要求不太高，在我看來，能休息就行，正好在西山大門旁邊，建議自駕遊的人入住，爬完山，可以直接回酒店休整，晚上再開車出去找吃的，因為外賣衹能到山腳，不上山，不開車的取外賣還得走半個鐘下山腳，共享單車也是在山腳才有，還不如下山後騎共享到三千城或者步行街找吃的。可能是線路問題，這裏關床頭燈後，床頭插座不通電，得開着床頭燈才能手機充電。這裡有浴巾、牙刷之類的，沒有浴袍。

酒店在景區裏面，停車很方便。去龍華寺和洗石庵都很近。酒店比較老，設施一般，但是很乾凈。前台小姐姐和服務員的態度很好。周圍綠樹環繞，早上聽着鳥鳴聲醒來，樓前的茶花開得格外漂亮。
