A equipa do hotel é 5 estrelas, fomos muito bem recebidos e mostraram-se sempre disponíveis . As razões para a avaliação de razoável são as seguintes: * O quarto tinha marcas de humidade na parede, inclusive a base do chuveiro deixava escapar água para o chão. * A televisão era bastante antiga e muito pequena, diria desadequada até, em proporção com a distância até a cama, e inclusive fazia uns barulhos estranhos de vez em quando. * O pequeno almoço era um pouco limitado (não havia fruta), apesar de tudo estar bastante bom. * A piscina apesar de ser agradável, não estava em muito bom estado, bastante suja e a água oleosa.
