We stayed for a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is fresh and light and well laid out for comfort and convenience. We especially appreciated that both bedrooms each had its own workspace, and that there was plenty of storage space for our things. The simple, tasteful furnishings gave the space a sanctuary feel—a perfect place to unwind after sightseeing and shopping, or for staying in all day when it’s pouring rain. The location is a special bonus—just off a busy street and steps away from bakeries/coffee shops, a fruits and vegetables shop, and restaurants. From the moment we checked in until the end of our stay, the staff were always easy to reach and very accommodating. Thank you Carlos and Rita!

Ficamos hospedados do dia 15/12/2024 a 19/01/2025. Em que pese a boa instalação e atenção da responsavel local a empresa não passa a menor credibilidade ou responsabilidade para com seus hóspedes. Fomos furtados em um valar bastante consideravel a a unica atenção que recebemos foi de uma funcionária local e da policia de Portugal. Alguem entro no nosso apartamente sem limpeza e/ou visita agendada com uma chave extra. O local não tem nenhum tipo de segurança. Inexistem camaras nos corredores ou qualquer tipo de controle de quem acessa o predio. Existe apenas uma camara na entrada principal do predio que não monitora o acesso aos corredores e portas de entrada dos apartamentos. Em nenhum momento alguem da direção ou proprietário da Guestify nos contatou. O furto ocorreu no dia 29 de dezembro durante uma saida nossa para irmos a cidade do Porto. Lamentável e vergonhasa atitude da administração desta empresa.

Excellente guest house! Carlos nous a accueilli amicalement, nous a arrangé une arrivée précoce. Dans un logement hyper propre, hyper bien agencé. Aux abords immédiats du centre historique. Ils nous a donné les bons plans ( pour écouter du Fado ou acheter des pâtisseries, un régal).Possibilité de se garer pour pas cher sur le parking luzia a 50 mètres. Le petit déjeuner est dans une guesthouse un peu plus loin mais qui est copieux avec un personnel super agréable et polyglotte en plus! Vraiment c'est l'endroit parfait pour une famille ou un couple pour vivre Guimaraes et même ses alentours !!!

Actualmente vivo en un apartamento de esta compañia guestify y tengo infestacion de arañas cien pies moscas gusanos u la sra adelaide me dice qie se quita limpiando llevo mas de 1 mes sin poder bañarme porque el baño hay bichos y yo tengo fobia le eh rogado y al mes me trae a si amigo y dice que es normal son animalitosde compañia pregunte a una empresa de control de plagas y dice que no es normal pero ella solo quiere limpiar no quiere hacer mas nada estoy con una niña pequeña y esta señora echo imsecticida con las 2 demrro del apartemento y nadie quiere hacer mada cada dia hay bichos no puede ser que un alojamiento pueda decir qu es normal que tengas insectos en la cama mientras ella duerme yo tengo quee star deapierta porque tengo miedo.que entre algun bicho a la cama
