The hotel service is very good. I give it 5 points. The same person checked me in and checked out at the front desk. I like their service very much. I ordered takeout and the hotel staff delivered it to the room, which was great. The hotel looks quite new, the room hygiene is no problem, and the room attendants on the floor are also gentle. There is also a self-service laundry on the fifth floor, which is very good. The only thing is that many Ramada hotel rooms do not have small sofas. Sitting on a small chair is not as comfortable as a small sofa. Several Ramada hotels I have stayed at have this design.

The hotel is newly built, and I personally think the environment is quite good. It is quiet, the yard is big enough, and the environment is very leisurely. It is a bit more cozy and private than the crowded single-family homestays in West Street. The service attitude of the staff is very good, and the buffet breakfast has good options. The room is clean and odorless, the balcony has a good view, and you can see the stars and the moon at night. The only downside is that it is a 10-minute drive from West Street, which is more suitable for people traveling by car. I hope Yangshuo's tourism industry will pick up as soon as possible after the epidemic. It is very comfortable to live here, and I will choose it again next time.
