I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel from the beginning. When I arrived the staff were super helpful and polite from the minute I stepped out of my taxi. The staff at the front desk were very polite and efficient and the receptionist also upgraded my room for a room with a better view. They could barely speak English but went out of their way to use a translator to ensure that I understood what was going on. When I got to my room, it was beautiful and matched the theme of the hotel which is a fusion af antique and modern. When the receptionist entered my room, he instantly got a strong cigarette smoke smell and immediately offered to get it fixed. The buffet dinning area was well set up and offered a wide array of dishes, drinks, pastries and desserts. I ate dinner which was an added cost of 99rmb which is reasonable considering the huge variety of food that was offered. The breakfast was just as good as it also had a huge selection of food. The location of the hotel was great as it was very close to downtown and the surrounding area was lovely to go walking. The hotel also offered in house entertainment every day which was a huge plus. I'm very pleased with my stay at the Grand Bravo.

Maybe the toilet is not cleaned in place, the glass door of the bath feels unclean... Pay attention, the other sanitation in the room is okay, the quilt that I live in has rotten two holes and I have not changed it. I think the hotel's sheets and quilts should be old. Change it. It's not too expensive, and the one-night accommodation fee will be replaced with a new one. It's still a change. I feel old when I see the rotten hole. My family doesn't need rotten patch sheets. Pay attention to details to do it for a long time.
