The largest and best hotel in Gongcheng, next to the Chajiang River, not in the center of the county, there is a parking space at the door, but it is not much to share with the city. The room is the standard throughout the season, the room is quite big, the bathroom is also big, the health is very good, the surrounding is a residential area. There are two points that are not good. The first hair dryer is still very old-fashioned fixed on the wall. You must stand there and blow. It is too anti-human and tired. Let the front desk send a hair dryer and want to sit on the sofa or bed. Go blow, say no, very speechless. And the shampoo is very dry, and it is not equipped with conditioner, and the hair cannot be combed after washing.

Was our last hotel stay from our vacation heading home and one of the best. Ultra modern, quest, comfortable, reasonably priced, and 7 minutes by shuttle to Guilin airport. Staff was very professional and cordial. Breakfast was excellent with great coffee served in the lobby as well. If you need to stay for an early flight or get in late from your homeward flight, this is the best choice for lodging near Guilin airport.

What can I say? An objective review. The location and the newness are good. The service attitude of the staff is also good. The most unsatisfactory thing is that half an hour after checking in, I opened the bed and found a yellow nail. I looked carefully for a while to make sure it was not ours. There was also black wool on the bed sheet. After calling, the bed was changed very quickly. I didn't want to comment. After returning home, I found a small red rash on my skin. I wondered if someone didn't change the bed after opening the hourly room (🙃😰🤮🤢) (Day, there are many foot bath shops nearby. Those who know know that it is not only a hygiene problem but also a health problem. It's disgusting)

I am very satisfied with my stay this time. There is a washing machine and dryer, a gym, and complete facilities. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The bedding is all brand new, the quilt is very comfortable, and the pillows are of moderate height. The lady at the front desk and the lady in the guest room are kind-hearted and thank them for their help many times. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, and it was a very satisfying stay. (PS mobile phone is full of travel pictures, but there are no hotel pictures...)

All Seasons Hotel style, simple, clean and comfortable. It is more than 20 minutes walk from the must-see attractions. The hotel has a parking lot. The parking space is limited, and the car keys need to be deposited at the front desk. Because we need to go in and out at any time, and when we arrived at the hotel at more than 9 o'clock in the evening, there were enough parking spaces, so we did not submit the keys. I felt their ”embarrassment” in the attitude of the parking guy and his foreman (uncle). When I was checking in, the parking guy came to the staff and read my check-in information together. He looked at it carefully and took photos to record it. After he left, I reported the privacy issue. The front desk staff replied that the guy needed to register my license plate number so that the car could drive out directly when checking out. After listening to the explanation, I thought it was reasonable and didn't take it seriously. When I checked out and drove away the next day, the car was not registered at all. It may be a momentary oversight, but I still want to reflect on this. After all, the guy is very dedicated. I didn't give the key, and I didn't cooperate with him. I just hope that I need to strengthen my communication skills in the coordination part in the future!

Except for the construction next to it, everything else is good. The facilities of chain hotels are much better than those of B&Bs. Before coming here, I was still struggling whether to book a B&B. After coming here, I saw the B&B environment outside and was glad to book a hotel. The brothers and sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic and have a good service attitude. Thumbs up 👍
